The Association is set to hold its 2022 Elective Convention on December 10, 2022. The major activity of this convention would be the election of new officers of the Association. In exercise of the powers conferred by the Constitution of our Association on the Electoral Committee, we hereby issue the following Criteria and Guidelines for the conduct of forthcoming December 10, 2022 Election. Voters are expected to : 1. Have graduated not less than 3 Academic Session ago i.e 2018/2019 academic session. { A National Diploma holder who falls into this category, but in the event of pursuit of his/her Higher National Diploma (HND) in Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, shall not be eligible to vote }. 2. Be a FINANCIAL MEMBER. A financial member is a member that has paid his membership fee and annual dues at least three years till date. Evidence of payments are therefore expetecd to be presented to the Commission staff on election day. 3. Present to the Electoral Committee ; Photocopy of his/her notification of result or that of the Certificate. { Attaching documents in the event of change of name for marriage or other purposes should be tendered } 4. Valid Identity Card. i.e; National Identity Card, Voters card, International passport or Driving license. 5. Note that election commences by 11am prompt and ends by 2pm when the line will be drawn behind the last man standing on the queue ! 6. Adhere strictly to onground rules and regulations on D day to avoid disenfranchisement.
