OSPAA POSTPONES 2020 AGM DUE TO COVID19 RESTRICTIONS

This is to announce the postponement of our 2020 Annual General Meeting. As stipulated by our constitution, the AGM should be held in June, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic ravaging the world and it's attendant restrictions, the National Executive Council at it's monthly meeting on Friday June 5th 2020 decided to postpone the AGM until further notice; triggering the constitutional provision allowing a postponement by 30 when the need arises. The corona virus pandemic has affected a number of statutory activities of nations, organisations and individuals alike with the general consensus being to ensure safety of people and exploring alternatives to the norm where practicable. We are of the strong believe that the covid-19 situation will soon ease to allow us reschedule to a new date as soon as possible. Thank you and stay safe!
